Thanks for ordering from Darien Clothing Co. Every item is made to order using our print-on-demand partner Printful.


How It Works

  1. You place an order on our site.

  2. Printful prints and packs your items just for you.

  3. Printful ships the order directly to your address.

We don’t keep inventory or ship from our own warehouse.


Processing Time

  • Most orders are made and packed within 2–5 business days.

  • During holidays or busy times, it may take a little longer.

Processing time is before shipping time.


Shipping Time (After Processing)

Estimated delivery times once your order ships:

  • United States: usually 3–8 business days

  • Canada: usually 5–10 business days

  • Other countries (if available): usually 7–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to the carrier, weather, or customs.


Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your address

  • What you ordered

  • The shipping method available

Any free shipping offers or promos will be clearly shown on the site.


Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in more than one package if items are made at different Printful locations.
You’ll get tracking for each shipment.


Wrong Address or Undeliverable Package

Please double-check your shipping address.

  • If an order is returned to Printful because of a wrong or incomplete address, we can reship it, but you’ll need to pay the reshipping cost.

  • If you notice an address mistake, email us ASAP at tyler.bradham.ironhorse@gmail.com. If the order hasn’t gone into production or shipped yet, we’ll try to update it.


Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking says “delivered” but you don’t have your package:

  1. Check around your home/porch and with neighbors.

  2. Wait 1–2 business days in case the carrier scanned it early.

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

If you still can’t find it, email us at tyler.bradham.ironhorse@gmail.com with your order number and tracking link, and we’ll review it with Printful and the carrier.

If a package is clearly lost in transit, we’ll usually send a replacement.
